Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Hamilton PTA provides the opportunity for you to be better connected to your school, and to learn what is happening at our school and in our district. As a member you have the opportunity to ask questions and vote on issues that directly affect your students.

School Site Council (SSC)

The Hamilton School Site Council (SSC) consists of representatives from all of the school community; teachers, classified staff, parents and other interested community members.  The SSC assists in the decision making process with regard to long-range planning, educational issues, and budgetary decisions. The SSC also plays an important role in the development of the school’s Single Plan for Student Achievement.

English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC)

A committee comprised of staff, parents, and community specifically designed to advise school officials on English Learner program services.

Watch Dogs – Dads Of Great Students

WATCH D.O.G.S is a one -of-a-kind, school-based father involvement program that works to support education and safety. It provides positive male role models for the students, demonstrated by their presence that education is important. It also provides  extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

Principal Connection

An Informal Q & A with the Principal!  “The Connection” is held periodically throughout the school year in our Staff Room from 8:45-9:45 a.m.

“The Connection” serves as an opportunity for informal discussion on issues surrounding education at Hamilton School.  Bring your questions, ideas, concerns and enthusiasm as we work together to continually strengthen and expand our partnership in education.
